Slurry Pumps

SlurryPro’s slurry pumps are pumps for slurry. They are designed with features that help them deal with slurry efficiently on an ongoing basis. Wearing parts are made of hard metal alloys and can be optionally coated with a unique elastomeric compound to further increase wear resistance. Bearings and seals are designed to run cooler leading to increased efficiency. Additionally, these same seals are available as a drop in type cartridge to make maintenance easy and low cost. Shafts and bearings are oversized to minimize run out, while bearings are housed in a unique “run cool” bearing housing that extends bearing and lubrication life. The Diamond series of pumps for slurry are designed for the most extreme environmental conditions and are available in flow rates up to 250 litres per second. The Silver series is available in either horizontal or vertical configurations in a wide range of sizes with flow rates up to 1400 litres per second, with both high chrome and different grades of rubber wearing parts.
